Job summary

Barminco is seeking experienced Underground Paste Crew Operators for the Bellevue Gold Project, a major underground operation in Western Australia. The role is full-time, 77 FIFO from Perth, supporting production in a high-performing team focused on safety and efficiency.

The position involves monitoring paste fill systems, liaising with operators, completing checklists and ensuring compliance with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paste Crew Operator.
• Commitment to safety and site procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor paste fill devices, walls and valves.
• Liaise with the paste plant operator.
• Complete paste fill checklists and paperwork.
• Ensure paste backfill is completed as per plan.
• Install, monitor and maintain paste barricades and bulkheads.
• Inspect and clear paste lines and equipment to prevent blockages.
• Meet production schedules with mining teams.
• Follow safety, quality and environmental procedures.
