Wilson Mining, part of The Mastermyne Group, seeks experienced Underground Operators and Supervisors for the Narrabri Project. The roles are casual and ongoing through to January 2027, delivering Longwall Move works with a high-performing underground team.

Offered on a casual basis, the positions require a strong safety ethic, commitment to safe practices, and readiness to work in a demanding underground coal mining environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in underground coal mining roles.
• Current NSW Order 45 medical.
• Relevant licences, tickets, inductions.
• Valid ID and work rights in Australia.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Underground Operators & Supervisors to join our Narrabri Project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing underground mining team delivering Longwall Move works at one of Australia's leading coal operations. Offered on a casual basis, these roles are expected to continue through to January 2027.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working safely in a similar role in an underground coal mining environment (chemical application / pumping experience desired);
• Current NSW Order 45 medical;
• Relevant licences/tickets/qualifications/inductions;
• Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia.
