Job summary

Mastermyne Group seeks experienced Underground Operators and Supervisors for our Narrabri Project in NSW. These casual roles deliver Longwall Move works at one of Australia’s leading coal operations, with ongoing work through to January 2027.

You will contribute to a high-performing underground mining team, prioritise safety, and bring hands-on capability with chemical application or pumping as relevant. Flights are paid from Wollongong, Newcastle and Brisbane with weekly bonus.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Underground Operators & Supervisors to join our Narrabri Project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing underground mining team delivering Longwall Move works at one of Australia's leading coal operations. Offered on a casual basis, these roles are expected to continue through to January 2027.

About You:

For your application to stand out, you will have a strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done safely. You put safety first – no compromises – and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working safely in a similar role in an underground coal mining environment (chemical application / pumping experience desired);
• Current NSW Order 45 medical;
• Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia.
