Job summary

Mastermyne Group is seeking experienced Underground Operators and Supervisors to join our Narrabri Project. These roles are offered on a casual basis and are expected to continue through to January 2027, delivering Longwall Move works at one of Australia’s leading coal operations.

You will work a 7 days on, 7 days off roster with camp accommodation and meals provided; flights from Wollongong, Newcastle and Brisbane are available. A safety‑first mindset and NSW Order 45 medical are essential.

• Underground coal mining experience in a similar role.
• Commitment to safety with a proactive approach.

• Operate or supervise underground longwall move works safely.
• Contribute to efficient production and equipment maintenance.

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Underground Operators & Supervisors to join our Narrabri Project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing underground mining team delivering Longwall Move works at one of Australia's leading coal operations. Offered on a casual basis, these roles are expected to continue through to January 2027.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working safely in a similar role in an underground coal mining environment (chemical application / pumping experience desired);
• Current NSW Order 45 medical;
• Relevant licences/tickets/qualifications/inductions;
• Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia.
