Job summary
Tomingley Gold Operations is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for underground gold operations. You will lead the workshop crew, coach and mentor team members, and ensure maintenance plans are executed effectively to support mine targets.
You will report to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, drive operational efficiency, participate in safety initiatives, and manage resources within budget. This role is based at the Tomingley site with a residential shift arrangement.
Qualifications
- Proven leading hand/supervisor experience in heavy mobile maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Commitment to safety culture and asset management principles.
- Experience with Underground Mining Equipment is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members with clear expectations.
- Oversee workshop operations, optimize resources and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to maintenance plans to improve efficiency.
- Ensure activities stay within budget and resource constraints.
- Support safety initiatives, business improvements, and minor projects.
- Participate in incident investigations and safety reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
