Job summary

Tomingley Gold Operations is seeking experienced tradespeople to join our Underground Maintenance team at a residential mine site in NSW. Roles include Diesel Fitters and Auto Electricians working on underground mobile equipment, with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

We welcome tradespeople transitioning into mining; underground hard rock experience is valued but not essential for the right candidate. A 7/7 roster and long-term career development are on offer.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified in Diesel Fitter, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or Auto Electrician.
• Underground hard rock mining equipment experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing, inspections, maintenance and repairs on underground mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and availability.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications and component change-outs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Work collaboratively with underground maintenance and operations teams.
