Macmahon Underground is seeking a Project Manager to lead and inspire teams in delivering high-performing underground mining operations. You will drive projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, coordinating resources and maintaining strong client relationships.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, you will shape performance, culture, and operational excellence across multidisciplinary teams while upholding Macmahon's values and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of underground mining projects, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
• Oversee contract management processes to maximise financial performance while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring operational activities align with contract requirements and client expectations.
• Drive compliance with all underground mining legislation, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate resources, personnel, and equipment to optimise productivity and project outcomes.
