Ramelius Resources Limited is seeking experienced Underground Mining Engineers for two new FIFO roles from Perth. You’ll deliver safe, efficient underground designs and help optimise production across multiple stoping fronts.

Ideal candidates hold a Mining Engineering degree, strong Deswik skills, and a proven track record in underground development, drill and blast design, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering and relevant mining experience.
• Experience across underground mine design, including lateral and vertical development and production.
• Strong drill and blast design capability; Deswik experience highly regarded.
• Knowledge of mining legislation and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver drill, blast and underground designs that maximise value, productivity and ore recovery.
• Lead drill and blast activities across multiple stoping fronts, ensuring safe and effective execution.
• Contribute to mine planning and scheduling to support safe, compliant and efficient production.
• Optimise designs to maximise grade and recovery while minimising dilution.
• Monitor production performance, reporting and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Geology, Planning, Production and contractors to deliver mining outcomes.
• Support team capability, contractor management and a strong safety culture across the operation.
• Assist with paste and fill notes, ventilation requirements and other technical mining activities.
