Evolution Mining's Northparkes Operations is seeking a Mining Engineer to support the E22 Underground Project, delivering safe, efficient mine design and planning for a large block cave development.

You'll work across design, planning and contractor engagement, with exposure to critical path analysis and large-scale project delivery, while enjoying flexible rosters and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in underground mining operations.
• Exposure to mine design and short- to medium-term planning.
• Deswik CAD, IS and Sched capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the E22 Block Cave Project safely, efficiently and in line with project objectives.
• Contribute to mine design, planning and critical path tracking activities.
• Support weekly and monthly planning with Technical Services and Operations.
• Assist with contractor engagement and performance across workstreams.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance performance.
