Evolution Mining seeks a Mining Engineer for the Northparkes E22 Underground Project. You’ll contribute to block cave development, twin declines, and raises, delivering design and execution in a structured, integrated mine planning environment.

You’ll engage in short- to medium-term planning, critical path tracking, and contractor coordination, while expanding your technical capability on a marquee underground project with significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience (2–3+ years) in a relevant role.
• Experience with mine design and planning (short to medium term).
• Strong data analysis and ability to manage priorities.
• Practical mindset with strong on-site collaboration.
• Exposure to caving/block cave operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and execution of large-scale block cave development.
• Participate in short- to mid-term planning and critical path tracking.
• Support contractor coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones.
