Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Mining Engineer to join Cracow Gold Operations, central Queensland. You will own production planning, drill and blast, and short-term scheduling, coordinating with operations and technical teams to deliver essential plans and directions.

Join a small, close-knit team where your ideas are heard, trialed, and implemented. The role offers autonomy with strong support from senior engineers, at Cracow Gold Operations near Cracow and Theodore.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering.
• 1 to 5+ years in mining operations, planning or production roles.
• Planning and drill and blast experience in underground hard rock environment.
• Experience using Deswik and Ventsim software.
• Strong communication and organising skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning, drill and blast, and short-term scheduling.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver plans and direction.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
