Job summary

Mastermyne Group in Moranbah North seeks Experienced Underground Trade Supervisors to lead on-site coal construction projects. You will supervise underground coal operations, oversee conveyor install works, and ensure safety and productivity while complying with standards.

You must hold G1/G8/G9 and G2 supervisory certifications, Underground Standard 11, a current QLD Coal Health Assessment, a valid driver's licence and an Australian recognised trade qualification.

Qualifications

• Underground coal experience essential (not entry level).
• Conveyor installation experience preferred.
• Supervisory certifications G1, G8, G9 and G2 required.
• Underground Standard 11 qualification required.
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment required.
• Valid Driver's Licence required.
• Australian recognised trade qualification required.
• Signed copies of training transcripts/authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-ground underground trades with a safety-focused approach.
• Drive high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity and compliance.
• Support team on the ground and roll up sleeves when needed.
