Job summary

Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking an experienced Underground Electrician for maintenance and breakdown support at the Peak Mine in Cobar, NSW. You will report to the Underground Electrical Supervisor and handle PLC programming, data entry in Pronto, and support for hoisting and crushing systems, ventilation fans, and related electrical infrastructure.

The role includes a 14/14 rotating day/night roster, relocation options, and options for DIDO or FIFO from major cities.

• Electrical trade qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical functionality, compliance and PM tasks across PGM fixed plant.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on fixed and mobile equipment during breakdowns.
• Perform PLC programming, fault finding and ensure high-quality electrical work.
• Manage parts requisitions, tagging damaged/repairable items and data entry in Pronto or required systems.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and uphold procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure licenses and tickets are current.
