Harmony Australasia is seeking an Underground Electrician to maintain, repair and install electrical systems across our CSA Mine operations in Cobar, NSW. The role covers fixed and mobile plant, safety compliance and proactive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in either surface or underground mining operations.
• Electrical Trade Qualification (Australia).
• NSW Electrical Licence.
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, or similar environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• HV Switching qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on fixed and mobile plant equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
• Performing scheduled maintenance and breakdown support.
• Collaborating with the maintenance and engineering teams to improve reliability.
