Job summary

Maintenance Technique Pty Ltd is seeking an Underground Drill Fitter to join our team. You will perform maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnosis on underground drilling equipment, while ensuring accurate reports and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• A recognised Mechanical/Hydraulic or Low Voltage Electrical Trade Certificate.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Maintenance Technique Pty Ltd is a leading provider of underground drill maintenance, technical training and product support.

Servicing Sandvik, Epiroc, and similar heavy‑duty equipment across Australia, Asia and Africa, we have a varietyof workshop or site based roles available, and have a unique ability to train and support mechanical tradespersons willing to consider a move to our specialist field.

Your Role

As an Underground Drill Fitter, reporting to the Drill Specialist Co‑Ordinator, you will:

Perform maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnosis on underground drilling equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, low voltage electrical, and hydraulic faults.

Accurately complete and submit maintenance records and reports.

Adhere to site safety standards, policies, and procedures.

You'll Have

A recognised Mechanical/Hydraulic or Low Voltage Electrical Trade Certificate.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

High levels of reliability, punctuality, professionalism and organisation.

Ability to work varied rosters and shift structures.

Capacity to pass site medical, drug & alcohol testing, and provide a National Police Clearance.
