Argo Natural Resources is seeking an experienced underground coal mine electrician for Carborough Downs in Moranbah, Queensland. This role is tied to an even-time roster and offers DIDO or FIFO options with on-site accommodation.

Applicants should hold a Queensland Electrical License, Standard 11 Surface and Underground, and a current driver's licence. Safe work practices and a can‑do attitude are essential to support our safety-focused crew.

Job description

Carborough Downs underground Bord and Pillar mine is located in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, approximately 30km north‑east of Moranbah and 160km from Mackay and forms part of the broader Argo Complex. This integrated mining complex includes the Ironbark Longwall Mine and Broadlea Open Cut, as well as a centralised Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP), where collaboration between our sites and teams is key to delivering safe and efficient outcomes.
