Job summary

Marble Group is seeking experienced Charge Up Operators for a large underground gold mining operation in Central NSW. This long-term role offers a lifestyle-friendly roster and strong earning potential, with pathways to permanent roles.

You will safely charge stopes and prepare blasts, collaborating with production, engineering and underground crews in a modern hard rock environment. NSW BUEL is essential; JOHNEX experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Current NSW BUEL is essential.
• Experience with JOHNEX or similar emulsion systems.
• Unrestricted driver's licence (manual vehicles).
• Experience in underground hard rock mining.

Responsibilities

• Charge production stopes safely and prepare for blasting.
• Work with production, engineering and underground crews in a modern hard rock environment.
• Complete pre-starts, blast records and shift documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to deliver efficient blasting.
