Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Underground Bogger Operator for the Lake Cowal Mine. You will support development and production by operating underground boggers and LHD equipment in a safety-focused team.

The role requires proven underground mining experience, competency with Sandvik and CAT loaders, and a current manual driver's licence. Coast-to-coast support and ongoing training are offered with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Underground bogger/loader experience is essential.
• Competency operating Sandvik and/or CAT underground loaders.
• Current Manual Driver's Licence.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a production mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate underground boggers/LHD equipment.
• Load, haul and dump ore and waste from production and development headings.
• Maintain housekeeping and stockpile management.
• Complete pre-start inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Jumbo Operators, Charge-Up Crew, Shift Supervisors and others.
• Follow site safety requirements and mining procedures.
• Contribute to continuous safety and productivity improvements.
