Job summary

Redpath Mining in Lake Cowal Mine is seeking an Underground Bogger Operator to join a safety-focused underground team. The role involves operating bogger/LHD equipment, supporting development and production activities, and reporting to the Shift Boss.

You will perform pre-start inspections, maintain high safety standards, and work closely with Jumbo Operators, Charge-Up Crew and Supervisors to keep ore and waste moving efficiently in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Underground bogger operator experience required.
• Experience with Sandvik or CAT loaders.
• Valid manual driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a production mining environment.
• Strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground boggers/LHD equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, haul and dump ore and waste from headings.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping and stockpile management.
• Perform pre-start inspections and report defects.
• Collaborate with Jumbo Operators, Charge-Up Crew and supervisors.
• Follow site safety rules and procedures.
