Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking an Underground Bogger Operator for its Mungari operation. The role involves bogging ore and waste across development headings and loading points, with accountability for safe and efficient underground movements.

You will support continuous improvement, maximize equipment performance, and work within a high-performance underground team on a 7:7 roster FIFO from Perth or residential from Kalgoorlie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' underground mining experience.
• At least 2 years' experience operating underground loaders/boggers; Sandvik 517i experience preferred.
• Pref with RCT or remote operating experience; strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Keep production moving by bogging ore and waste from development headings, stockpiles and loading locations.
• Maximise equipment performance through inspections and fault reporting to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and underground operating practices.
• Lead by example with safety, procedures, hazards and housekeeping underground.
