Benson Radiology in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Modality Manager to lead our sonography teams across South Australia. This role combines clinical leadership with people leadership and operational oversight to uplift patient outcomes and service excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will guide modality leadership, plan workforce and equipment, coach teams, and engage with industry partners to keep Benson Radiology at the forefront of ultrasound

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Sonographer with current ASAR registration.
• Proven leadership experience in sonography, medical imaging or a comparable healthcare environment.
• Professional, approachable and solutions-focused leadership style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with teams, radiologists, referrers and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Ultrasound modality across Benson Radiology, driving high-quality, efficient and patient-centred services.
• Support, coach and develop sonography teams to build capability, performance and engagement.
• Plan workforce, resources, workflows and equipment use to meet operational and service needs.
• Contribute to service improvements, compliance, growth initiatives and better outcomes for patients, referrers and the business.
• Engage with industry bodies and leading technology providers to ensure Benson Radiology remains at the forefront of all things ultrasound practice and innovation.
