Job summary

Benson Radiology, a longstanding South Australian medical imaging provider, seeks an Ultrasound Modality Manager to lead clinical and operational ultrasound services across the network. You will guide teams, optimize workflows and drive service excellence for patients and referrers.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will champion quality, safety and continuous improvement while partnering with industry bodies and technology providers to keep Benson Radiology at the forefront of

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Sonographer with current ASAR registration.
• Proven leadership experience in sonography or medical imaging.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ultrasound modality across Benson Radiology, driving high-quality, patient-centred services.
• Coach and develop sonography teams to build capability, performance and engagement.
• Plan workforce, resources, workflows and equipment use to meet operational and service needs.
• Contribute to service improvements, compliance, growth initiatives and better outcomes for patients, referrers and the business.
• Engage with industry bodies and leading technology providers to stay at the forefront of ultrasound practice and innovation.
