Job summary

Benson Radiology is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Modality Manager to lead our sonography teams across the Adelaide network, driving clinical and operational excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will inspire teams, shape service delivery, and partner with Radiologists and referrers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred ultrasound services with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Accredited Medical Sonographer with ASAR registration is required.
• Proven leadership experience in sonography or medical imaging.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with teams, radiologists and referrers.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ultrasound modality across Benson Radiology, driving high-quality, efficient and patient-centred services.
• Support, coach and develop sonography teams to build capability, performance and engagement.
• Plan workforce, resources, workflows and equipment use to meet operational and service needs.
• Contribute to service improvements, compliance, growth initiatives and better outcomes for patients, referrers and the business.
• Engage with industry bodies and leading technology providers to ensure Benson Radiology remains at the forefront of all things ultrasound practice and innovation.
