Job summary

Noosa Radiology invites applications for a senior clinical role in sonography, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will provide clinical and technical leadership, support practice and equipment performance, and ensure high-quality, patient-focused ultrasound services across the team.

You will lead training for new and existing sonographers and students, contribute to accreditation, and retain dedicated admin time to manage leadership duties while continuing clinical roster work.

Qualifications

• Accredited postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound.
• Current ASAR registration.
• Experience across a broad range of ultrasound examinations.
• Ability to lead clinical practice and quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS and medical imaging software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical leadership across sonography services.
• Support training and development of sonographers and students.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and accreditation processes.
• Participate in the clinical roster with leadership time allocated.
