RSL LifeCare in North Sydney seeks an experienced Workforce Systems & Reporting Specialist to optimise UKG Pro and drive data-driven decisions across Residential Care. You will maintain data integrity, build insightful reports and collaborate with payroll, finance and operations to improve workforce planning.

You will also deliver training, participate in system upgrades, and create user guidance to enhance efficiency and visibility across the organisation.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience supporting workforce management systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM/Kronos.
• Strong workforce reporting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical workforce system solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist support and administration for UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Develop, maintain and enhance workforce reports, dashboards and Data Views.
• Investigate and resolve complex system, reporting and data-related issues.
• Support workforce data integrity through validation, testing and quality assurance activities.
• Partner with Centralised Rostering, Payroll, Finance and operational leaders to deliver workforce reporting solutions.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements and testing activities.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures and user guidance materials.
• Deliver training and support to stakeholders on workforce management systems and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce processes, reporting capability and operational efficiency.
