Job summary

GOW Recruitment is recruiting a Client Service Associate / Private Wealth Assistant in Melbourne to support four senior UHNW advisors on a 12-month contract with view to permanency. You will manage onboarding, client service tasks, transitions and corporate deals while coordinating with colleagues to deliver seamless service to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Candidates with 1–3+ years in stockbroking, financial planning or client service, degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Business, RG146

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified: Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business essential.
• Exceptional client service focus.
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Display a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasks.
• Goal-oriented with demonstrated drive and initiative.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of domestic and international markets is desirable.
• Experience within wealth management, financial planning or professional services.
• RG146 Preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a high‑volume, client‑facing desk supporting 4 Senior UHNW advisors.
• Involves administration, onboarding, transitions, and client service duties.
• Participation in corporate deals, client meetings, and operational functions.
• Training and support will be provided within a mature, busy environment.
