Job summary

PST Group is seeking a dedicated UCaaS Project Engineer to lead client-facing Unified Communications projects, with a focus on design, implementation, and cutover activities. You will also provide technical support and ensure successful delivery across platforms like Zoom Phone and Microsoft Teams Phone.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years in UCaaS/VoIP or cloud telephony roles.
Strong English communication skills.
Hands-on with Zoom Phone or Microsoft Teams Phone.
Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and call routing.

Responsibilities

Lead UCaaS implementation projects from plan to handover.
Configure and deploy UCaaS and cloud telephony solutions.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
Develop solution designs, implementation plans, and test plans.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.
Escalate issues to vendors and manage resolutions with clients.
