Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong networking fundamentals and exposure to Voice / Unified Communications (UC) environments in Adelaide. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting of complex network issues and work across modern voice and collaboration technologies.

You will configure, support and troubleshoot enterprise network and voice environments, deploy UC and cloud‑based voice solutions, and support customer implementations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Network Engineer, ideally at L3 level.
  • Solid routing, switching and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting VoIP, IP Telephony or Unified Communications.
  • Understanding of SIP, QoS, VLANs and voice networking.
  • Exposure to RingCentral or similar cloud telephony/UC solutions.
  • Microsoft Teams / Teams Calling and Webex experience would be highly regarded.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, support and troubleshoot enterprise network and voice environments.
  • Deploy and configure Unified Communications and cloud‑based voice solutions.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP, connectivity and network performance issues at an L3 level.
  • Configure networking to support voice services, including routing, switching, VLANs and QoS.
  • Support customer implementations, upgrades and technical issues.
  • Work predominantly from an Adelaide‑based office, with occasional customer site visits as required.
