Job summary

Synergy, Western Australia’s largest electricity generator and retailer, seeks a UAT Analyst to join the Customer Project Delivery and Readiness team in the Perth CBD. You will translate technical changes into clear business impacts, plan and run UAT activities, and prepare documentation for governance and stakeholders.

The role requires at least three years in UAT or similar, with strong presentation and stakeholder skills. Flexible work options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in UAT, business readiness, or testing in a complex environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audit in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical system and process changes into concise, engaging business impacts for stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations, briefings and communications to support stakeholder understanding and readiness.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) against business requirements, systems and processes.
• Define and prepare test data, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, scripts and governance records.
