Job summary

Edt Global Pty Ltd. in Melbourne seeks a Director / Senior Manager to lead Turnaround and Restructuring engagements, advising creditors and distressed businesses on liquidity, sustainability and formal insolvency processes.

Qualifications

• 7–13 years experience in turnaround, restructuring, insolvency or related advisory services.
• Background representing creditors or distressed businesses.
• Sound knowledge of insolvency processes with ability to manage engagements autonomously.
• ARITA qualification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround, restructuring and insolvency engagements from planning through to delivery.
• Advise clients on liquidity management, financial sustainability and safe harbour matters.
• Manage formal insolvency appointments, including administrations, liquidations and receiverships.
• Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis to identify risks and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead, coach and mentor team members for high-quality delivery.
• Manage engagement budgets, resources and client satisfaction.
