Qualifications

• Degree in commerce or law or equivalent.
• 7–13 years of related restructuring/advisory experience.
• Possession or willingness to complete ARITA qualification.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Passionate about contributing to the community and client service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignment planning on behalf of the engagement Partner, including defining scope, conflicts, budgeting, and staffing.
• Manage formal insolvency matters with autonomy under appointees.
• Deliver detailed financial and commercial analysis and follow up with management.
• Oversee drafting and delivery of stakeholder presentations.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team training.
• Lead business development to generate new work through client networks.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and drive repeat engagements.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff at all levels.
