Job summary

Solutions+ in Geelong, Victoria, is seeking a full-time turf technician to apply chemicals, manage weed and pest control, and contribute to landscape maintenance across commercial sites.

You will operate equipment safely, monitor plant health, and comply with WHS and environmental procedures while growing within a supportive team. This role offers permanent benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence and own transport or ability to get to site.
• National Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (ACDC Ticket preferred).
• Experience with turf, garden or open space chemical application is highly regarded.

• Apply chemicals using backpack and spray rig equipment.
• Perform weed, turf and pest control treatments.
• Monitor turf and plant health.
• Operate mowers, machinery and hand tools safely.
• Assist with horticultural and landscape maintenance.
• Complete turf and site improvement works.
• Follow chemical, WHS and environmental procedures.
• Work as part of a team across commercial sites.
