Job summary

Solutions+ is seeking a Commercial Turf and Grounds Manager in Geelong, Australia to oversee multiple trade teams across our client sites. You will manage schedules, safety, budgets, and contract delivery while ensuring high-quality standards and compliance.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with ongoing training, career growth, and a competitive package including a work vehicle, phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Sports Turf or Horticultural Management experience or similar.
• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or similar (Desirable).
• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic).
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple trade teams working across our commercial clients.
• Managing team schedules, performance, & training opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all sites.
• Act as key client contact, building relationships and ensuring contract delivery.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules, resources, and equipment allocation.
• Identify efficiencies and improvements to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, tracking labour, materials, and overall contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Lead risk management, safety initiatives, and on-site team development.
• Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews across multiple locations.
• Monitor performance, client feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
