Job summary

Solutions+ in Victoria is seeking an experienced Golf Course Maintenance Manager to lead all grounds maintenance, including irrigation, course presentation and upkeep.

You will manage pest control, machinery servicing, inventory, staffing, budgets and WHS compliance while delivering daily and competition readiness. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career growth and above-industry pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience.
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain at our expense).
• Driver's Licence and transport required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all golf course and grounds maintenance, including irrigation.
• Plan and deliver course renovations, presentation and upkeep.
• Manage turf pests, diseases and preventative treatments.
• Oversee machinery servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
• Manage chemicals, sand, fuel and maintenance inventory.
• Prepare the course for daily and competition play.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety and staff training.
• Manage the maintenance team, including recruitment and performance.
• Develop and manage course maintenance budgets.
• Ensure environmental, chemical, water and WHS compliance.
