Job summary

Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd is seeking a trainer/coach to lead and mentor crew-level staff across our Australian restaurant network. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service aligned with the Guest Obsessed and People Power values, while promoting safe working conditions.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.

Your responsibilities will include:
