Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a dedicated trainer/coach to support crew development and deliver our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power. You will lead by example, coach team members, and help create a welcoming, safe environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will run on-the-job training, supervise shifts, ensure safety and operational standards, and drive sales through outstanding service and suggestive selling.
