Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Truck Operator for our Federation Mine in Australia. You will operate underground haul trucks, move ore and waste, and perform routine inspections to keep the operation safe and productive.

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will work within a strong safety culture, participate in pre-start checks, and support other underground tasks as required. This role offers an even-time roster and ongoing training opportunities.

Formación

• Underground haul truck experience required.
• CurrentDriver's Licence is a must.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.

Responsabilidades

• Operate underground haul trucks in a safe and productive manner.
• Transport ore and waste to designated underground locations.
• Perform pre-start inspections and basic servicing checks.
• Identify equipment defects and hazards and report them.
• Maintain compliance with site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground haulage equipment, transporting ore and waste material throughout the mine while maintaining high safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate underground haul trucks in a safe and productive manner
• Transport ore and waste to designated locations underground
• Complete pre-start inspections and basic servicing checks
• Identify and report equipment defects and hazards
• Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and underground crews
• Assist with other underground mining activities as required

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Local or DIDO preferred
• Previous underground mining experience operating haul trucks
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work effectively in a production mining environment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening
