Job summary

InfraBuild Steel Centre in Karratha is seeking a Warehouse Driver to join our on-site team. You will deliver steel products safely using an HC truck, while adhering to Australian heavy vehicle and WHS regulations and contributing to reliable service for our customers.

Working hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. A HC truck licence and driving experience are essential; forklift experience is preferred but not required. A remote location allowance and driver allowance accompany the base rate.

Qualifications

• HC truck licence required and driving experience preferred.
• Experience with forklift operation and load restraint is advantageous.
• Compliance with Australian heavy vehicle and WHS regulations.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and based at our Karratha Steel Centre, you will be part of a team that values safety, reliability and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver steel products safely to customers using an HC truck
• Comply with all relevant Australian heavy vehicle, WHS and transport regulations, policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse operations as required, including picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles and operating equipment such as forklifts

Working hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The base rate on offer is $35.25 per hour + driver allowance $6.21 per hour + generous remote location allowance.

What you will bring:

• HC (Heavy Combination) truck licence, and some driving experience is essential
• No prior steel/product knowledge required
• Experience with forklift operation, and load restraint, will be highly regarded but is not essential
