Job summary

Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking a casual Kitchen Steward to join Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will maintain cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and ensure buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently while upholding high standards of kitchen hygiene.

You’ll work a flexible 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends, and enjoy benefits such as staff meals, parking, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is required.
• Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards is essential.
• Strong communication and cultural awareness in a diverse workplace.
• Flexible availability to work 7 days, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all Food & Beverage production areas.
• Set up and clear buffets and functions with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during peak times.
• Work both independently and with the team to manage tasks.
