Global Fashion House seeks a Fashion Designer/ Product Developer to lead the full lifecycle from concept to production for women's apparel across brands. You will work with the Design Manager, Production and Sales to create trend-led, commercially successful collections.

You will research trends, develop seasonal concepts, and prepare CADs, color palettes, tech packs and range plans while coordinating with offshore suppliers and internal teams to meet target prices and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Fashion Product Development or related roles.
• Strong commercial handwriting with knowledge of Australian and international fashion markets.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills.
• Adobe Photoshop experience.
• Experience creating CADs, technical specifications and tech packs.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and fabrication.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Research global fashion, colour, fabric and lifestyle trends.
• Design commercially successful women’s apparel across categories.
• Develop seasonal concepts, prints, colour palettes and trend direction.
• Create CADs, colourways and presentation boards using Illustrator.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, garment specifications and measurement charts.
• Build and maintain Excel range plans and costing sheets.
• Source fabrics, trims, washes and finishes to meet price points.
• Liaise with offshore suppliers throughout product development.
• Manage sample development, fittings, approvals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production to deliver briefs.
