Cotton On Group is seeking a creative and commercially driven Designer to join the Factorie team in the Guys category. You will shape product stories that feel relevant, inspiring and connected to culture, translating trend and customer insights into compelling designs that resonate with our customer.

Owning the design journey from concept to sample, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and help grow the category—combining creative instinct, trend awareness and attention to detail to deliver product

Qualificações

• Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Designer with a trend-led product background.
• Strong hand sketching or CAD drawing ability.
• Ability to lead and develop reporting teammates.
• Strong design capability aligned to brand DNA and commercial goals.
• Solid understanding of garment construction and development processes.
• High attention to detail across design and development stages.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration with Buying, Production and Planning.
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a critical-path environment.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop product aligned to brand DNA, customer needs and commercial outcomes.
• Translate trend and buying direction into wearable product across categories.
• Own development from concept to sample with accuracy, quality and fit.
• Create CADs, tech packs and design specs to bring vision to life.
• Partner with Buying, Trend and Production to align ranges and deliver on time.
• Use performance insights to refine and improve product.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment and deliver on-brand ranges.
