Job summary

Embrace Orthodontists in Canberra is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through options and ensure an exceptional first impression from the initial consultation. You will coordinate new patient consultations, explain treatment options and fees, follow up leads, and support treatment acceptance while collaborating with our clinical team across Belconnen, Manuka and Gungahlin locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to explain treatment options and fees to patients and families.
• Demonstrated organization and patient record management.
• Comfortable working across multiple Canberra locations.

Job description

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients understand their orthodontic treatment options and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from their first consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and conducting new patient consultations
• Explaining orthodontic treatment options and treatment plans
• Discussing treatment fees and payment options with patients and families
• Building strong relationships with patients and their families
• Following up new patient enquiries and treatment leadsSupporting treatment acceptance and patient conversion
• Coordinating appointments and patient treatment journeys
• Working closely with our orthodontists and clinical team
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience
• Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative processes

About you

• Experienced in orthodontrics - highly preferred
• Experienced in a Treatment Coordinator or similar dental role
• Warm, friendly and confident when communicating with patients
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and fees
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, reliable and proactive
• Confident working independently while also being a strong team player
• Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience
• Comfortable working across our Belconnen, Manuka and Gungahlin practices
