Journey Beyond is looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to help guests take the first step toward an unforgettable Journey Beyond experience. Through calls, emails and chat, you’ll uncover travel needs, recommend accommodation, tours and packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings across multiple systems.

You will bring 2–3 years in reservations or sales, strong communication, upselling skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in reservations, sales, travel, hotel front office or customer service.
• Demonstrated sales ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a related field is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service across all interactions with prospective and current customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through effective questioning, active listening and sales conversations.
• Promote relevant products and experiences through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
• Accurately create, update and manage reservations, payments and customer information across multiple systems.
• Maintain strong product, destination and Journey Beyond knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and travel partners to confirm guest arrangements.
• Support achievement of revenue, service and KPI targets through admin and guest service outcomes.
