Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of reservation consultants to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets
• Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
• Support sales performance by managing team KPIs, monitoring results, and taking calls where required
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated team environment
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Handle escalated enquiries and provide solutions to complex issues
• Collaborate with peers across the business to ensure consistent service delivery
