Job summary

Flowserve Field Service Technician role involves installing, commissioning, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing Flowserve pumps, seals and related equipment at customer sites across energy, water and industrial sectors. You will provide real-time technical support and recommend repairs or upgrades to maximize reliability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Strong numerical and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site service calls in response to customer requests.
• Assess mechanical problems and resolve promptly.
• Lead on-site work crews as required.
• Oversee repair cycle from disassembly to assembly.
• Ensure on-time installation and startup.
• Train customers in operating and maintaining Flowserve products.
• Collaborate with repair centers, service and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activity and work performed.
