Helloworld Travel is seeking a Marketing Administrator to work closely with the GM of Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive. You will support campaign execution across in-market Retail and Wholesale brands, act as subject matter expert for destination and product info, and ensure timely delivery of promotional activities.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in travel or related industry preferred.
• Understanding of marketing distribution channels and performance metrics advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the execution of advertising and promotional campaigns for retail and wholesale brands.
• Coordinate advertising assets and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all campaign deadlines are met daily.
• Maintain relationships with Product Development to align promotional activity.
• Support Executives to achieve flawless campaign execution and KPI targets.
• Communicate activities across the organisation in a timely manner.
• Develop marketing assets for retail distribution channels.
• Collaborate with marketing services and suppliers on campaigns.
