Flight Centre Travel Group’s Corporate Traveller brand is seeking a versatile Travel Manager to join a Canberra-based, hybrid team. You will coordinate corporate itineraries, manage end-to-end bookings, and deliver exceptional service to SME clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in travel management, strong GDS skills (Sabre preferred), and outstanding communication. This role offers a competitive OTE and development within a global travel group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as travel consultant or travel manager.
• GDS proficiency is a must – Sabre is highly regarded.
• Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships.
• A high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage travel itineraries for corporate clients.
• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, visas).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless travel experience.
