Job summary

Urban Rest in Sydney is seeking a Travel & Reservations Consultant to manage the booking process for Urban Rest properties and act as the liaison between customers and the company until booking confirmation.

You will assist clients with booking requests, convert them into bookings, and arrange ancillary services such as private transfers, mid-stay cleans and meet & greet services. This role offers a flexible work-from-home day weekly, within a vibrant, pet-friendly office environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the booking process for Urban Rest properties and serving as the main liaison between customers and the company until booking finalization.
• Assisting clients with booking requests and converting these into confirmed reservations for Urban Rest properties.
• Helping arrange ancillary services such as private transfers, mid-stay cleans and meet & greet services.

About the Role

The Travel & Reservations Consultant is responsible for managing the booking process for Urban Rest properties and being the liaison between customers and the company until the point of booking. Their main focus is on assisting clients with booking requests and successfully converting these into bookings for Urban Rest properties. They use relationships and selling techniques to ensure customer satisfaction during this phase and successfully hit conversion rate targets. The Travel & Reservations Consultant also assists clients with arranging of ancillary services such as private transfers, mid-stay cleans and meet & greet services.

Responsibilities

• Building a deep understanding of the Urban Rest product offering in order to match products to customer booking requests and continuously communicating the value of Urban
