Happy Travels, Australia’s leading backpacker travel agency, is seeking a lively Travel Sales Consultant to engage with travellers on the streets and in hostels. You will connect with backpackers, recommend tours and experiences, and help them craft memorable itineraries across Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Valid working visa for Australia.
• Proven experience in face-to-face sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with strangers.
• Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
• AQF Cert II or 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage travellers on the streets and in hostels.
• Network with backpackers, using innovative strategies to build lasting relationships.
• Recommend the best tours, activities, and experiences based on travellers' interests.
• Continuously improve communication and sales skills through provided training and coaching.
• Collaborate in a diverse environment, connecting with people from various backgrounds.
