Job summary

MacKillop Family Services in Nowra, NSW is seeking a House Manager for Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) to deliver high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable young individuals. You will lead a team dedicated to supporting the emotional and social needs of the youth, working within a trauma-informed framework.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification at bachelor's degree level in social work, community services, management or relevant field.
• Relevant experience in Disability Support Work.
• Proven skills in development of behavioral management programs for children and adolescents.
• Experience in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care for vulnerable young individuals.
• Lead and supervise the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team.
• Work closely with the Therapeutic Specialist and Caseworker.
• Assist young people to heal from trauma.
